We collect payment for annual proprty maintenance charges only from the registred members of Koyla Karmachari Grih Nirman Evam Kalyan Samiti Maryadit. REFUND POLICY

Once payment has been made which are nonrefundable for any reason. If member paid twice for one transaction, the one extra transaction amount will be adjusted in next year subsequent payment.
